Bang! (Film)

Bang! is a planned live-action Netflix feature film based on the Dark Horse Entertainment comic book series of the same name created by Matt Kindt and Wilfredo Torres.

David Leitch (Deadpool 2) is attached to direct from a script by Kindt and Zak Olkewicz (Bullet Train). Idris Elba (The Suicide Squad) is attached to star.

The publisher provides this description for the comic book series: "A best-of-the-best secret agent with memories he couldn't possibly possess, a mystery writer in her 60s who spends her retirement solving crimes, a man of action with mysterious drugs that keep him ahead of a constant string of targeted disasters, a seemingly omnipotent terrorist organization that might be behind it all...And they're all connected to one man: a science-fiction author with more information than seems possible, whose books may hold the key to either saving reality or destroying it."

Mike Richardson and Keith Goldberg are producing for Dark Horse. Leitch and Kelly McCormick are producing under their 87 North banner. Elba is also a producer.
